Thomas Quine Departed this life about the 25th of January
last intestate whereof the Church having intelligence
hath Decreed his six children vizt. ............... Thomas
Jon. Wm. Pattrick Jony Quine sole and joint Admrs. of
all his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.
The children att age Supervisors of the children under
age, and a Legacy to the wife upon sight of the Inven=
tory. The oldest son and wife are sworn in Court
to be kind to the children under age and to bring in a perfect In=
ventory.

Found this and just wondered??? Pat has transcribed this but as she says there is no date or place so it's hard to know if there is any connection with the Foxdale lot or not. ??
