there's no such thing as a private site on the web (tho obviously you can have one on a private Local Area Network) - there may be restrictions on access but its still publishing under any legal definition - I'm not sure how you can give access to BL's microsite unless you are hosting a copy thereof (which I suspect the IoMFHSoc might not be happy about) - but I don't want to get into a flame war wrt to such.
As explained many times the naughty word is ht_tp (minus the _) as this stops various spambots - possibly now with an updated message board and a new provider we may be able to reconsider our naughty words list
