I also don't have parents for Eleanor Kermode.who married Daniel Kermode 1836. I suppose it's possible that she wasn't a spinster even though the marriage register says she was, given it says her husband was a bachelor and we know he wasn't.

In my earlier note I forgot to mention that I traced the other John Kermode (the one bapt 23 Nov 1828 s/o Wm Kermode & Isabella Kewley). He was a shoe maker, like his father, and married Margaret Clarke 9 Aug 1851 Lonan. He's at Baldrine through 1881 but don't see an obvious burial for him in the burial list. They had 2 daughters in 1861 and he was widowed by 1871.
