You are probably right - I do tend to use those brackets rather than the round ones.

I have looked at your cd for the marriage contracts but it only tells me that a marriage contract between William Quine and Margaret Halsall exists in the NSS. Have you, by any chance, input any further info re contracts on the next version of the Manx Note Book or do I just need to go to the Museum for this particular contract ?
