I'll have a look and see if I can find anything more around a birth in 1830/31 or even try and link Henry. Fiona (the other descendent) did mention a Henry so this would fit in nicely with her information.

Having searched the IoM BMD I wasn't able to find anything about John's death, but now I can narrow it down to pre-1861 that will certainly help. Thank you
