Liber Vast Oct 1715: Rauff Intacks: Tho Skillicorn/Tho Skillicorn Junr: The Father is dead and the son is entered as Right Heyre according to Law

Liber Vast May 1724: Grauff Intacks: Thomas Skillicorn/Tho Skillicorn his son: Entered by virtue of a Contract of marriage dated the 19th November 1724 lawfully confirmed by the Court.

I am quite sure the first Thomas is husband of Ann Cowin, and second Margaret Colleish, who died 1715. The second Thomas is husband of Joney Quay, whom he married perhaps 1600 or earlier.

I have two questions about this:

1. I thought Intack land was not a part of the treens, but was common land “above” (higher in the mountains) than the treens. So, how could it be “Rauff Intacks” and Grauff Intacks”? It seems to me it should be either "Rauff" or "Intack".

2. Is is possible (probable?) that these two Liber Vast entries refer to the same land, rather than land in two separate treens?
