Sorry its taken me so long to reply. My wife also stayed in the IOM every year during the 1950's in Douglas. So we go back every few years. In the early 1980's we stayed in Port Erin; in 1990 at the Point in Port St Mary (now sadly knocked down). Recently we have stayed in the Sefton in Douglas - and on the last successful visit we rented a service apartment on the front in Douglas. Good for watching the car ferries coming and going.
