The 106 series are I think the Manx Museum GL series and do include a few additional wills - however the year breaks are not the same as the RB series
I've found my notes
GL699 duplicated EW29
GL700 dups EW30 + part EW31
GL701 remainder EW31 + EW32 + part EW33
GL702 rest EW33 + part EW34 - GL702 has 3 additional wills not found on EW films
GL704 dups EW36 But GL704 has additional wills in bk1 1735 + 1 in bk2 1738
GL705 dups EW37(which finishes 1739) then continues with 1740

I've now had chance to look at Joyce Oates latest transcriptions - the Rb516 film contains more wills than JMO has so presume these are the 1660-1662 wills - the frame break into the 2000's however does not appear to be related to these additional wills. There are some relatively minor discrepancies in names as I think JMO has modernised some

On a side note for those using Ubuntu (or any other Linux distribution) you can simply cut and paste the pdf file into a text program to recover individual wills and save as text.
