There are a few other discrepancies between your list and the FHL (LDS) ones, which you might need to change.
EW01 - LDS 991433 - 1600-1612

EW03 - LDS 991435 - 1605-1613
According to the LDS:
FHL 991433 covers Testamentary wills 1600-1618
FHL 991434 = Non-testamentary wills 1601-1610 plus Ecclesiastical wills 1603-1607 [not 1612-1619]
FHL 991435 = Episcopal wills 1611-1613 [not 1605-1613]
As you thought, FHL 991445 contains 1645-1647
FHL 991446 contains 1647-1650 [so may have half (or part) of 1647 on each film].
There is a FHL film missed out, and a duplicate here:
EW15 - LDS 991448 - 1657-1659
EW16 - LDS 991638 - 1660-1665
EW17 - LDS 991638 - 1659-1666
EW18 - LDS 991640 - 1666-1669
Following FHL 991448 - 1657-1659 is
FHL 991530 - 1659-1660 [again the wills for those two years appear to be split between the ones on the film before and the film following].
FHL 991638 = 1661-1664 [not 1660-1665, 1659-1666]
FHL 991639 = 1663-1666 [probably partly duplicating the film before 1663/64, or with part of 1664 on each film. Omitted from your list].
FHL 991640 = 1666-1669
These dates differ from the FHL list:
EW20 - LDS 991642 - 1671-1675 [should be 1672-1675]
EW21 - LDS 991643 - 1675-1678 [should be 1676-1678]
EW22 - LDS 991644 - 1679-1683
EW23 - LDS 991645 - 1683-1688 [should be 1684-1688]
I mention these differing dates only because it can take so long for the films to arrive from SLC - sometimes 6 months - and there is nothing more frustrating than having a film start after the year and parish you have been waiting for!
These are the four films which Brian indexed himself because they were omitted from the filmed indexes:

LDS 991645 - 1684-1688
LDS 991646 - 1689-1692
LDS 991647 - 1693-1697
Another confusing thing about the LDS numbering of the Epis wills is that the numbers from 991650 (1713-1716) to 991655 (1730-1732) are duplicated on films 106367 to 106373, with differing years included. I usually used the 106 series imagining they were a more recent filming, but could have been wrong. I think Brian compiled the wills index using the 991 series.
