the cd rom version of MNB has transcribed most of the 18th C indices for North + South side sales (slowly being extended to end of the NSS + SSS c.1844) - many (ie over 1000 deeds summarised - a number of the pre 1702 deeds included in the indices are also included (the indices are also transcribed on the CD)
