Last night I did a search for William in the death records, and on Findagrave. I did not find the reference to William, nor to Jane, but did find Frances Radcliffe Caine buried at Warrensville West,Sep. 5, 1884, wife of William Caine, age 86 years
There is an obituary for Frances Caine: Cleveland Public Library Necrology File: “Caine, Mrs. Frances, Sept. 6, 1884, Caine- In East Cleveland, Friday, September 5, at 4 o'clock, Mrs. Frances Caine, in the 86th year of her age. Funeral from the residence of her son-in-law, Philip Kneen, in East Cleveland, Sunday, at 2 p. m. Friends invited.”
Her death record, Frances M. Cain (male–sic) widowed, gives her date and place of death as East Cleveland, April 5, 1884; father’s name Thomas (why is this date April, and the obituary September!)

Also on Findagrave: Warrensville West: John Caine 1852
son of M and F Caine (is this a misreading of the stone?)
I was not able to find a death record for him, nor an obituary.

Also had another look at the West Point manifest, May 1850, on which William, age 27, immigrated, and found, in another part of the list, Ellen Caine, age 18, and Esther Caine, age 15.
