I have William born 12/01/1800 who married Mary Beck 13/11/1826.

William's parents were John Oates born 3rd April 1758 married Mary Garrett

on Jan 17th 1792.Another generation back, Johns parents were James Oates and

Anne Christian.

There's a bit of a query over who was James Oates wife,

Any help there would be appreciated.
