Hi Ewan , I am getting confused , I thought you said on your posting 11/2/2011 , that William Henry Cox lived on the IOM till his death in 1910 , yet you say this one buried 4/11/1910 is not him ?? As Cox is not a manx name I would have thought it must be him . Don't forget death details are not always correct .
You mention John and Eliza (nee Brotherton) Cox were parents of John Brotherton Cox.........not exactly correct , according to the IGI , his parents were John Brotherton Cox and Eliza Rosbee , who married at Edgbaston, Warwick 31/3/1833. John the father is on IGI as : John Brotherton Cox , birth 3/11/1809, ch 13/8/1810 St Phillips , Birmingham , father John , mother Sarah . The marriage from Church Records , the 1809 birth submitted by a member of the LDS.
