The bapt Peter posted for you must be the one given in the article in a 1990 IOMFHS journal, which can be seen on Manx Notebook ["Presentments (record of fathers of illegitimate children)"] which Frances mentioned in an earlier message. So the illeg child's bapt I found in Douglas was the wrong one - Ramsey was given as Ann's parish.
The actual Presentment record (docs in the Manx Museum library - not on film) might give more information about what Henry was up to, and where he was, but at least you know he was being compelled to support a child at that time. It is worth reading through that IOMFHS article.
