can add a little more - remembered the book "Keys and Cuff"s (ISBN 978-0-9564333-0-5) by retired warder N D Quilliam (will give history + photos of prision) - p118 R D Callin appointed warder at £55 pa on 9 apr 1891 - and appointed gaoler in 1918 (that's about I I can find - book not indexed) - however in 1925 Manx Year Book T Farragher is shown as gaolor
