I think this is the house of John & Mary Jane Teare, resident in at the time of the 1911 Census - called "Ivy Villa, Lower Foxdale". It's special for some reason to their daughters Emma and Lily, for they have signed the back. Lewis Victor Crellin, the grandson, is there as well, aged 9.

It would be great if someone can confirm it.
