fluently - probably about right, maybe a few more though the Manx School at St Johns will see about 40 children/year leave having been taught in Manx - there will maybe be another 500 or so who have some knowledge from various classes possibly 1000 depending on the level of knowledge - considerably more will know/recognise manx words in context as names of Goverment services and all new road names are in both English + Manx
