Having now established where these south of the island locations are, can anyone help me with a grid ref for William Moore farmer of 56 acres in Ballavarkish in German parish .(1881 census) Will this farm be still there? There are several Ballavarkishes. Also I have found Northop Greeba (1911 census) on my map but where would Kerrowglass Greeba be in 1911. Are these 2 Greeba addresses both on the main road from D'las to St Johns. We'll be travelling on the bus so need to know where to get off ! Thanks so much for any help.
