Your conclusion is certainly possible but we'll need help to see what is correct.
Elizabeth who died in 1902 and left a will has NO MI, burial record doesn't list her age, residence or anything helpful
Her will apparently hasn't been transcribed.

It would help to see the marriage record for Wm and Eliz Cowell in 1905--was he a widower, was she a widow or was this her maiden name?
Whoever she is per MI was born around 1836.
Elizabeth Clague was born, I think, in 1840 Santan?

I think we have to wait another year for the 1911 census.

There is a possible will for Wm 1917 Douglas--no film number noted in the index and also apparently not transcribed.

Perhaps someone on the Island could help us?
