Hi all

In the late 1980's the BBC and Julian Richards did a series called the Blood of the Vikings. This traced the Vikings path across Britain and trade routes. I seem to remember him discussing a link between Dupuytrens and the Vikings, with a larger than usual % to be found in the the Island. I have the book so will see if I can find a reference, but it may just have been anecdotal.

My father & I both Peel born & bred, both suffer from it. It is also associated with diabetes which would also account for ours
