Why do we/you need a special, restricted, private forum which only the chosen (who by?) few can access? I can understand writer restrictions for database websites - but for a forum? If you have private things to discuss with a select group of people known to you already why not just have an email conference with them like everybody else does, which would be much easier and quicker anyway. However if you want to create the impression of an exclusive club then your idea would work best.
