I also emailed Pat Nicholson and had a prompt sensible reply, the gist of which was that she would be representing our case to the comittee shortly and hoped there would be progress.

She also made the valid point that it would be better if more members contacted the committee with points of difficulty rather than just complaining amongst ourselves on this board. When you think about it, it would make a stronger impression if she had a sheaf of 20 emails with the same story to take to the committee rather than just 2 or 3.

It's a shame there seems to be such a gulf between this brilliant message board and the IOMFHS - we don't contact them and they don't seem to make use of this board.
