Clive, I haven't seen any of the living people's details on Brian's database, but if they are similar to the earlier records they would have mainly births, marriages, and deaths, without exact addresses (except census records).
If the recent information is similar, would it be acceptable to remove all dates with years starting with "19..", and leaving the lists of names, which would take a lot longer to find and identify? It would be a pity to lose the death dates, but it seems to be a quick way of dealing with the situation.
