Your problem with the Vondy name is it keeps oscillating between Vondy, Vandy, Vondey and others.

Patrick Vandy 1766, son of Isaac Vandy and Christian Harrison married Catherine Martin 1792

Among their children was John Vandy who married Marjery Faragher 1816 in Jurby but using the name Vondy.
