How sure are you that she was the Margaret Starkey b 18 Feb 1897 F John James Starkey, M Elizabeth Mary nee Quayle ?

Great to hear that you've found your Aunt Gladys and that she turns out to be from the same family mix as Sarah, Jessie, Thomas Henry Starkey, James, Winnie and Laura. When was Gladys born ? Do you have her birth certificate ?

Is it possible that your Auntie Lil might also turn out to be from this same family, and that the "other" Starkey family ( John James b 1872 and Elizabeth Mary nee Quayle ) could prove to have been a red herring due to the earlier confusion over the "wrong" Gladys Starkey ?
