I have only started my research but I'm sure that Robert Henry was the son of Anne. On my grandfathers birth cerificate which is dated 21/10/1902 Robert Henry's details are Occupation Draper, Age 29, Birthplace Ballaugh Isle of Man. Depending on the month of birth this means he was born either 1873 or 1874, so that fits.
Can you supply any further details or point me in the right direction to continue tracing back.
