1863 is too early for a civil regt marriage cert from the IOM. You will need to order the parish register film for Braddan from a LDS Family History Centre: film no.0106189 [1861 - 1871]. This should give you the bride & groom's occupations and residences, and their fathers' names residences and occupations.
