I am interested in your John Skillicorn/Jane Davies family. I thought I had this John Skillicorn somewhat figured out, but now I have some questions.

Is John the one buried October 26, 1831, age 66 "The Cairn"? I have their children bp: Jane Feb 10, 1822; John Thomas Dec 26, 1823; Joseph April 9, 1826; James Dec 5, 1830.

If John died 5 years after his youngest son, I am missing a child, and James bp in 1830, belongs to some other family.

Other questions:

Given the age difference, do you think Jane was a second wife?

Have you been able to find any estate administration for John or Jane?

Which John Skillicorn do you think he was? ie who were his parents?
