If I remember correctly, MiDs (and higher awards) are "gazetted" in the London Gazette and your local (assuming you are in the UK)library may have a set, although you might have to visit your county library. Otherwise, you will have to visit the PRO or employ a researcher. The Gunners' archives are in Woolwich.
