I believe that we are probably related in some way to your family. We are from the Thomas Radcliff's b. 1818 Ballaugh, Isle of Man. Thomas was the son of Thomas Radcliff b. Ballaugh, wife was Anne Craine b.1778 Lezayne, they were married in Jan. 1808 in Ballaugh. Anne's parents were William Craine b. 1731, Andreas/Catherine Joughlin b. 1735, Andreas, d. 1816 in Lezayne. Catherine's first husband was John Teare, they were married in 1761, Andreas. Catherine Joughlin was the daughter of Charles Joughlin b. 1701, Andreas/ Mary Cleater b. 1705, Andreas. Charles Joughlin was the son of John Joughlin/Bahee Lace. We are really in the dark as to when the Radcliff's emmigrated to the US. We believe that it was sometime in the early 1800's. I have a document that mentions Jane Teare's name in respect to Cathrine Joughlin/John Teare marriage in Andreas I will try to find the document. Thank you. Alice Radcliff
