Many pages are scanned out-of-copyright printed material - many scanning errors remain to be corrected; (italicised text in particular is often misrecognised) - I must include a legal disclaimer that any use of the information is at your own risk (that said I would be very grateful to be informed of any bad sections and will of course check on any doubtful material).

The law of Copyright is complex, but although the scanned texts from my library are out of copyright, my edition in HTML, like my own pages is © F.Coakley and unauthorised copying is forbidden by law. Thus in general you are not allowed to print off for sale or distribution, or use within your own web-pages, sections from this site, without permission. All photographs are my copyright unless otherwise stated.
