I have att last found out a man for a successor for Capt Murray well recommended one Hutcheson and have inclosed a commission for your Grace to sign I have been at a great deal of pains to reclaim Capt Murray from drinking by himself but to no purpose often drunk before he getts out of bed and it is a post of trust and great consequence there is a necessity to have a man that can be depended upon I am with great esteem
