Cosnahan) to the King in Council on 26.5.1780 against letting the duke have possession of the manorial Deeds. 4. The Duke case in reply to the Key's petition as above. 5. Draft of a petition to ee allowed to bring in a Bill to amend the Revestment Act as conceiving himself and his family to have lost valuable rights by the speed with which the Revestment Act was passed,and also that his grandfather (Duke James) had not the right to make such an arrangement,he asks that the Treasury will advise the King to let him bring in a Bill to afford his relief. |
