Account,submitted te the Privy Council,of the actions of Gapt.G.Dow of the Revenue cruiser "Sincerity who seized a Dutch vessel carrying contraband and placed a crew on her. How this crew was captured and imprisoned in Castle Rushen by a party of men from Ramsey (said to be under the orders of the Deputy Governors) while the cargo was unloaded and taken away. |
