to be a Committee to enquire into the petition of the House of Keys of the
27th February 1907, and into the representations made to His Majesty's Government
respecting the constitution of the Isle of Man and the civil. judicial and financial
administration of the Island ; and to report whether any, and if so what, alterations
are desirable and practicable.
And I further appoint Lord MacDonnell to be Chairman, and Mr. Frank Elliott,
of the Home Office, to be Secretary of the Committee.
