Richd Corrin & Wm Corrin proprietors of a certain ancient Tenant-Mill in the parish of Kk Arbory called Colby Mill - Robert Quayle and William Clague guardians of Richard, Thomas & Margt Tyldesly infant children of Thos Tyldesly late of the Friary in the sd parish of Arbory decd and admors of the good Chattles and effects of the sd Thos Tyldesly decd (which said Thos Tyldesly was lessee of the sd mill for a term of years yet unexpired) and John Creer sworn Miller of the sd Mill complain against John Moore proprietor & occupier of a certain parcel of quarterland part of Bradda situate in the parish of Rushen...were & are bound tenants ..has for twelve months last past .. withdrawn & subtracted his toll grist or mulcture ..
