Thos Kinley to Thomas Coole - Sale

Know all Men by these presents that I Thomas
Kinley of the parish of KK Arbory With the full and 
free Consent of My attorney Nichs Bridson of Ballavarki[sh]
& as Also the consent of My uncle Thos Kinley of sd parish
Divers Good Causes us thereunto Moveing : but More – 
Especially for and in Consideration of the full & Just sum
of Fourteen pounds Two Shillings Currency of this Isle – 
from the Hands of Thos Coole of the parish of KK Christ
Rushen wch sd sum is to be paid the one half thereof at
the Tesstation hereof & the other half to be paid at the
Confirmation of this sd Deed, Have Given Granted – 
Alienated passed Over & Sold, and by these presents do
Give Grant Alienate passover & for Ever Absolutely Sell
unto him the sd Thos Coole all our Right title and – 
Interest that we Now have or all time hereafter Might
May or Could have in and unto a Certain percall of Land
in the aforesd parish of KK Christ Rushen Commonly
Called & Known by the Name of Doue hollow at
Spolldrick & of Cotter’s Quarterland in the Rowany &
of the yearly Lords Rent of Eighteen pence, to Have
& to hold unto him the Said Thos Coole his Hiers – 
Execrs Admrs & Assigns, from us the sd Thos Kinley
Nichs Bridson My Attorney & Thos Kinley My uncle
our Heirs Execrs Admrs & Assigns the aforesd parcell of
Land Commencing from the first Day of November
Next together with all Ways Waters Watercourses
Easements Liberties proffits Advantages to the Same
belonging he the said Thos Coole his Heirs Execrs
Admrs & assigns Yielding and paying yearly & Every – 
year the Honerble Lords Rent together with all Boons
Dues Suite & Services unto the Same belonging and
we the sd Thos Kinley Nichs Bridson & Thos Kinley
My uncle do bind & Oblige our Selves to Mentain & 
Defend the premisses to the sd Thos Coole his Heirs Execrs
admrs & Assigns, against the pretended Right or [corner folded]

of any person or persons Whatsoever, and to procure
the Worshipll Deemsters Attestation with the Honerble
Courts Confirmation to this Deed and to ???? Execute any
other Act or Deed for the further and better secureing
of the premisses to the sd Thos Coole & his Assigns for – 
=Ever for the true & faithfull performance of all wch
we the sd Thos Kinley and My attorney Nichs Bridson
and Thos Kinley My Uncle, do bind and Oblige our Selves
our Heirs Execrs Admrs & Assigns in the pennalty and
forfiture of fourty pounds to be paid according to Law
as Witness our Names & Marks this the 30th Day of
Octr 1751
