KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I Thos Kinley of Knockdoo in the parish of KK Malew with the fully and freely consents and approbation of my Wife Isabele Kinley als Creer, Divers good causes us hereunto Moving. But more Especially for and in consideration of the full and just Sum of Ninety pounds currency of this Isle ?? ?? paid unto us or to our Order at by and from the Hands of our Loving Friend Thos Harrison of Ballacink in the said parish Have Given Granted Bargained Alienated and sold. And do by these presents Give Grant Bargain Alienate and pass- over absolutely sell from us our Heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns unto him the said Thos Harrison, his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns a certain parcel of the Tenement of Ballaquayle called or known by the Name of Closemore, together with a certain parcel of said Tenement Adjoining thereto Known by the Name of Baylnecrottey[?] Begg joining to a certain parcel of said Tenement which is purchased by Thos Quaggin of Ballasalley on the South to the Rent of Emmey Bell on the West to the Rents of John Corrin on the North and to the Highroad on the East. Being subject to five ^ pence ^ Shillings abbey Rent or thereabouts with such customs as attend the same. To Have and to Hold unto him the sd Thos Harrison his Executors or Assigns the before Granted premises with all Ways Water Watercourses Easements Liberties profits Advantages and Appurtanances thereunto [End of Page] belonging or in any wise appertaining he the sd Thos Harrison Yielding and paying the Annual Rent thereof together with all Dues Duties Boons suits and servisses that now is or may be Incumbered thereon at Times Usual and accustomed. And I the said Thos Kinley and Isabel my Wife do covenant and agree to secure and Defend the premises unto the said Thos Harrison his Heirs and Assins from the day of the date hereof without and Incumbrance or Disturbance and to awarrant and Uphold the same against all persons pretend ing Claims thereunto and cause the said Harrison Name to be Entered Tenent according to Law and to Further Engage to do perform Execute and fulfill any or further Act Deed or Instrument that the said Harrison shall think Necessary in Law to strengthen these presents. Which to all Intents and purposses is an Absolute sail and conveyance of our Right and Title of the premises which we now have or hereafter shall or may to the same.
