KNOW all men By These presents that I William Kinley
of the parish of KK Malew Divers good Causes & Valuable
Considerations me here unto moving But more Especially
for & in Consideration of the Full & Just sum of Eighten
shills manks Currency to me in hand paid at By & from
the Hands of Robt Quayle of the sd parish Have Given
Granted Bargained Alienated passed over & sould & Do 
By these presents give grant bargain pass over & for Ever
Absolutly sell from me my Heyrs Extrs Admtrs & Assigns
A Certain parcel of Intack lying at fildraw adjoining
to John Shimmins Rent on the south & to John Huchins
Rent & to the High way – of yearly Rent of one penney
or theire abouts – Commencing from the Day & Date hereof –
TO HAVE AND TO HOULD – unto Him the sd Robt Quayle 
His Heyrs Extr Admtr or assigns for Ever together with all ways
waters & water Courses Easements liberties properties Commodities
and advantages to the premises in any wise respectively Belonging
or appertaining.  He the sd Robt Quayle yielding & paying yearly
& Evry yeare the anuall Rent offsd with all other Dues –
& Duties Due & payable out of the premises at the usual
time & seasons Accoustomed – I the sd Wm Kinley Do Bind &
oblige my self to uphould maintaine awarrant & Defend
the premises against the pretended Right title Claim or –
Demand of any manner of person or persons whomsoever
the Right of the Honble Lord Excepted – And also to Do –
And to perform all other act or acts thing or things

Done to Strengthen these presents as an absolute saile or
Conveance of the premises – And Do oblige my self to
obtain the worshipfull Deemsters attestacon & the –
Honble Courts Confirmacon to this present deed
And for the true & faithfull performance of all
And singular the premises I the sd William Kinley Do own
& oblige my self my Heyrs Extrs And assigns in the penalty
& forfeiture of ten pounds to Be paid in nature of all
fines According to Law as witness my hand this 7th octr 1757
