I am not sure how the "Adelaide Quirk" fits into all of this, but it does seem rather unique and a timely name for my searchings.

At the top of the string list there are a couple of postings that are of great interest too...under the heading of tate and quirke ....posted by Sue and by a gal named Lorraine....this speaks of a family in Adelaide, Australia.

Adelaide came to my mind while I was providing details to the postings, but I was not definite if that is where the Tate clan went for sure, so I have never mentioned it.

Upon looking through my notes I find info from my Mom that she thought perhaps it was Adelaide that these people went to. It seems like things are really coming together and I have all of your people to thank for helping me.
