On my last visit to the Islans i spent some time researching the BMD at the General Registry, where i was able to look at the registers for £3.50, which was great.
But i was told that there are plansafoot to scrap this system, and make us buy a full certificate for £7.00.
Has anyone else heard about these changers?
As these records are public records, i would ask why we should have to buy acertificate that is not needed, i have no complant at paying to view the records, what do you think?
