The Thomas Kewley bapt 29 Jan 1814 Saint George, Douglas, is an extracted entry which can be seen worldwide on LDS film no.0106717.

The two 1811 ones are submitted by Church members, which may or may not replace a genuine entry in the parish register. It was quite usual to name a second child by the same forename, especially if the earlier child died. As you can see, there are extracted baptisms for two Janes in this family.
