I had just found her shipping arrival in Vic. with her age b.1898 rather than 1895:
CALLOW, CATHERINE J, 23, SEP 1921 PERSIC [B 947 002]

And her birth entry: CALLOW, Catherine Jane 1 Jun 1898, And, 144, [father] CALLOW, John William, [mother] KNEEN, Mary Ann

The Jane widow of Thomas in the M.I. looks like this one in the 1881 census - so moved to Andreas, although they were buried in Bride:
