Hi, as far as my friend knows, "Peggy" was brought up on the IOM, possibly the north of the island with her mother. Unfortunately, thats as far as she knows. My friend doesnt know who her birth father was, apart from that her birth father went to the UK to live. Peggy died on the IOM. Sorry but, thats all my friend knows.
