I forgot to say that the latest IOM FHS Journal announced the publication by the Sulby & Lezayre Heritage Trust of an A5 booklet on the village of Sulby, with notes, photos, and a clearly marked map. They say it features many of the old buildings of Sulby including the school, churches, the Starch Mill and many others.. Cost 3.50 plus p & p of 1.00 (they don't say to where, or whether by airmail), and available at many local bookshops in Douglas, Ramsey, and at the village shop in Sulby. The FHS will help if anyone has trouble finding a copy. (Hope you are a member.) The journal has only just arrived in Sydney so may not have reached NZ yet!
