It is good to be able to pass on the information, because it took a lot of time trying to sort out the various Radcliffe families in Andreas (by us and by earlier researchers). You and I share a common ancestor in John Radcliffe of Crot-e-lough d.1701, as does Carol who is going to look up the Bannan/Christian marriage for you. Ian Radcliffe from the IOM who is currently looking after the new will transcripts [members.lycos.co.uk/ijradcliffe/] descends from John's uncle James Ratcliff d.1689, of Belfast, Andreas.
