Births this pm & found the births of Elizabeth Jane
Daugherty's children.
ref 216 Robert born 21st November at Dixon's Vein/
mother had no occupation & the birth was registered
by Elizabeth Daugherty/occupier of Dixon's Vein.
ref. 373 13th June 1886 Eliza Jane //all other details as
other registration. Dixon's Vein can still be found on map
1 mile west of the centre of Foxdale Village---a disused lead mine shaft .The abode will have been a cottage there.
