The following is a copy from a message posted on the FHS Forum site and I wondered if there was a Kelly's researcher who might shed some light on this.

Hi From New Zealand

I'm looking for family of my Grandfather Robert James Kelly born IOM 1884-5. I have a marriage certificate that shows his father as Gilbain Thomas Kelly and mother Elizabeth Daughenty. Now the Daughenty may be a misprint and could be Daugherty. Gilbain Thomas is discribed on the cert as a Labourer.

Robert James Kelly came to NZ about 1908 and married Lillian Violet Nowell who was born 1898 Bath, Somerset.

We also have a photograph in postcard style of the times from the Isle of Man, sent to Robert's children from 'your Aunty and Cousins, Margaret and Kathleen'.
Any help is most appreciated
