The IGI shows a William George Callin December 1874 christened to a Margaret Callin. This William may have adopted his fathers name.
The Leonora mentioned in the 1891 census appears to have been christened Leonora Callin to Margaret ( see iomfhs.im, research)

Both William and Leonora are shown as grandchildren in 1891.
