I'm going round in circles trying to work out the likely relationships between the older William and Margaret Clague couple and the 35 year old William Clague and the 25 year old Margaret Clague, not to mention that collection of Clague children.

The problem is that a William Clague and Margaret nee Cubbon couple had a son William bap 6th Oct 1805 Rus(extracted ) and a daughter Margaret bap 4th August 1816, so the 25 year old Mgt and the 35 year old Wm could have been daughter and son, or daughter and son in law, or son and daughter in law.
